Location: Hybrid in Montreal (St. Laurent), Canada, with occasional work from home. Must be eligible to work in Canada (Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid Work Permit) and able to hold a Canadian Security Clearance & Controlled Good Clearance.

What you will do

• Lead proposal activities for Defense and Security (D&S) to deliver winning proposals on time and within budget.
• Establish and communicate proposal schedules with clear milestones and assignees.
• Review customer RFIs and RFPs to extract winning themes and identify hirify.global discriminators.
• Define bid strategy to address customer requirements in a cost-effective manner.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to upper management.
• Interface directly and indirectly with customers to review, present, and negotiate proposal content.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical domain or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a high-tech industry, with exposure to military aircraft, naval vessels, tactical systems, synthetic environments, and modeling & simulation.
• Previous experience in government proposal writing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Be able to hold a Canadian Security Clearance & Controlled Good Clearance.
• Eligibility to work in Canada either as a Canadian Citizen, a Permanent Resident, or with a valid Work Permit.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with Salesforce.
• Bilingualism (French and English).
• Professional certification (APMP or PMP).
