TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Canada (Toronto, Edmonton).

Salary: $80,000–$110,000

What you will do

  • Lead and participate in the delivery of end-to-end software implementations.
  • Educate customers, gather functional and technical requirements.
  • Create design recommendations that satisfy customer needs and reflect industry best practices.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risks.
  • Configure no-code software based on solution design and perform quality assurance.
  • Deliver administrator, train-the-trainer, and end-user training sessions.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of prior experience in leading and delivering enterprise off-the-shelf software or incident management solutions.
  • Experience with Visio, MS Project, MS Office, and CRMs such as Salesforce.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to manage ongoing projects simultaneously.
  • Self-starter who can take charge of tasks with minimal direction.
  • Accountable for your work, investing in research, learning, and practice to become an expert.
