Salary: $49,920–$74,880 per year

What you will do

• Conduct business analyses and improve Company & Financial Operations practices, ensuring consistency and compliance.
• Collaborate to build and update cost-effective processes and policies for efficiency and customer attraction.
• Work with merchants on delinquent Accounts Receivable issues and identify contract upgrade opportunities.
• Execute on billing for new and existing accounts, ensuring timely and correct standards.
• Manage enterprise and partner collections based on a defined strategy, analyzing payment trends.
• Format deal parameters into contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and deal guidelines.
• Configure customer accounts with purchased products and services after contract signing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in operations, preferably at a SaaS, eCommerce, or subscription-based company.
• A Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with SaaS and Agile workflows and technologies.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Zuora, Impartner, and Marketo.
• Proven record using operations expertise to improve efficiency and drive productivity.
• Ability to work hybrid, 3 days per week in office in Austin, TX.
