What you will do

• Collect and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders for email campaigns.
• Create detailed documentation including campaign specifications, seed lists, test scenarios, and business logic for audience segmentation.
• Assist in agency quality testing to ensure solutions meet business needs, including personalization, dynamic content, links, tracking, and data.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies, propose process improvements for email development, and collaborate to mitigate risks.
• Lead effective meetings, championing agency processes and quality work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of project management experience.
• Email and direct mail experience.
• Database and customer segmentation experience.
• Email testing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power BI) and project management software.
• Technical understanding of HTML development and testing.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Detroit, USA.
