Focus on identifying and nurturing top talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Location: Hybrid in Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto required, minimum twice per week in the office

What you will do

  • Partner with Recruiters and hiring teams to build and execute scalable sourcing strategies.
  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates using various techniques like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, referrals, and events.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines, nurturing passive candidates through consistent touchpoint strategies.
  • Conduct market and talent research, adapting sourcing strategies as market conditions evolve.
  • Screen and assess sourced candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements.
  • Support special projects, recruiting initiatives, and hiring events as needed.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a sourcing or recruiting role, ideally in a high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated success building and managing talent pipelines for multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Strong sourcing skills across a range of channels, including outbound search, inbound applicants, referrals, and events.
  • Experience engaging passive talent—from initial outreach through relationship-building and handoff to recruiters.
  • A data-informed mindset with the ability to track activity, analyze results, and adjust sourcing strategies.
  • A collaborative, consultative approach and strong partnership skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience championing diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Experience using Workday ATS and Gem.
