What you will do

• Work with clients on short to medium-term engagements addressing big data challenges using the hirify.global platform.
• Provide data engineering, data science, and cloud technology projects, integrating with client systems and providing training.
• Design and build reference architectures, create how-to guides, and productionalize customer use cases.
• Guide strategic customers in implementing transformational big data projects and 3rd party migrations.
• Consult on architecture and design, bootstrapping or implementing customer projects for successful adoption of hirify.global.
• Collaborate with the hirify.global technical team and customer team to ensure technical components meet customer needs.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in data engineering, data platforms, and analytics.
• Comfortable writing code in either Python or Scala.
• Working knowledge of two or more common Cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) with expertise in at least one.
• Deep experience with distributed computing with Apache Spark™ and knowledge of Spark runtime internals.
• Familiarity with CI/CD for production deployments.
• Working knowledge of MLOps.
• Experience with design and deployment of performant end-to-end data architectures.
• Experience with technical project delivery, managing scope and timelines.
• Travel to customers 10% of the time.
