Salary: $239,400 - $312,550 (Zone A)

What you will do

• Deliver solutions that help customers manage their Operational risk with Change Management.
• Design cost-efficient, high-performance systems that support all hirify.global Apps.
• Partner with product and other engineering teams to launch innovative solutions that redefine team collaboration.
• Drive architectural vision and technical strategy for projects that are directly tied to hirify.global’s company-level OKRs.
• Partner with C-suite executives and senior leaders to align engineering efforts with hirify.global’s long-term business objectives.
• Lead cross-organizational initiatives that have a lasting impact on hirify.global’s growth and innovation.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of experience developing large scale distributed systems.
• 4+ years of experience providing architectural oversight and technical leadership.

Nice to have

• Excellent communication skills and a track record of cross-group/cross-discipline collaboration.
• Broad experience architecting, designing, and building large-scale distributed systems.
• Broad knowledge and understanding of SaaS, PaaS, IaaS with hands-on experience of one or more public cloud offerings (ideally AWS and/or GCP).
• Fluency in any modern object-oriented programming language (e.g., Java, Golang, Python, Javascript, go etc.) and in architecture patterns for distributed systems.
• Experience with financial aspects of running complex services at scale.
