What you will do

• Create tools, dashboards, and analytical products that enable venue department leaders to make timely decisions.
• Perform regular data analysis to identify trends operational trends, risks, and performance improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to automation and process improvement projects to reduce manual workload and increase reporting accuracy.
• Maintain and update automation tool code to ensure alignment with evolving business processes and operational changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support audits, financial tracking, and performance reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required.
• 2–4 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or operations support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Clear and effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Willing to work hours outside of normal business hours, including nights and weekends, as required.
