What you will do

• Lead and coordinate testing activities, serving as a primary point of contact.
• Design, develop, and execute complex test cases.
• Write user stories and SQL queries to validate data.
• Manage test environments, resources, and defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and improve quality.
• Provide testing metrics, status reporting, and advanced testing expertise.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience testing applications involving disputes, transactional processing, credit cards, or deposits.
• Proficiency with qTest.
• Strong SQL skills (MS SQL Server, Oracle) to validate source-to-target data mappings and business rules.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Excel for reporting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into test scenarios, document defects, and prepare test evidence.
• Must work on W2 Only (no C2C eligibility). Visa sponsorship is available.
• Onsite work required in New Braunfels, TX.
