What you will do
- Manage and lead the QA team supporting the Clearing platform and system functionality.
- Collaborate with development and business teams to prioritize, schedule, and staff projects.
- Contribute hands-on to automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Manage CI/CD deployment pipelines and infrastructure.
- Maintain status reporting and dashboards to track QA progress.
- Enhance system reliability, testability, and performance through automation.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States and legally authorized to work without visa sponsorship.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 7 years of QA experience with strong automation and coding skills.
- Experience with Cucumber BDD, Selenium, Python scripting, and object-oriented programming.
- Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL preferred), SQL, Unix/Linux environments, and version control tools like Git.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Bamboo.
Nice to have
- Experience in financial markets, clearing, trade processing, or market data protocols.
- Familiarity with Atlassian toolset.
