What you will do

• Manage and lead the QA team supporting the Clearing platform and system functionality.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to prioritize, schedule, and staff projects.
• Contribute hands-on to automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Manage CI/CD deployment pipelines and infrastructure.
• Maintain status reporting and dashboards to track QA progress.
• Enhance system reliability, testability, and performance through automation.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States and legally authorized to work without visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of QA experience with strong automation and coding skills.
• Experience with Cucumber BDD, Selenium, Python scripting, and object-oriented programming.
• Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL preferred), SQL, Unix/Linux environments, and version control tools like Git.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Bamboo.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial markets, clearing, trade processing, or market data protocols.
• Familiarity with Atlassian toolset.
