Quality Assurance Manager

Salary: $127,500–$157,500 (Base pay in the United States)

What you will do

• Lead and manage a software engineering team for testing.
• Prioritize, schedule, and staff projects in collaboration with development and business teams.
• Act as a hands-on technical leader, contributing to tools and automated tests.
• Manage the CI/CD deployment pipeline and infrastructure.
• Oversee status reporting and dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of QA experience is required, with recent demonstrable experience creating automated test cases and coding test frameworks.
• Experience with Cucumber BDD, Selenium, or other UI automation tools.
• Python development or scripting experience or a working knowledge of another scripting/programming language with a willingness to learn Python.
• Strong experience in object-oriented design and programming techniques.
• Working knowledge of SQL and database platforms such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.
• Experience with Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting.
• Experience with Git or other version control tools and working in a continuous integration environment (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo).

Nice to have

• Experience working in financial markets and knowledge of clearing, trade processing, or market data protocols.
