What you will do

• Collaborate with QA leads and senior engineers on software testing and experimental setups for Dolby Vision device SDK.
• Design and execute test cases for advanced imaging algorithms and video-processing technologies.
• Evaluate new features for reliability and accuracy, providing clear documentation and feedback.
• Support and improve test automation environments including hardware setups and software frameworks.
• Partner with technical writers and engineering teams to ensure accuracy of technical data and test documentation.
• Contribute to optimizing engineering workflows using source control, CI/CD, and custom tooling.
• Explore and apply AI/LLM-assisted methods to enhance log analysis, test design, and other QA activities.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Available to work full-time Monday to Friday for 3 months between May/June 2026 and August/September 2026.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with automation testing frameworks (e.g., Pytest, unittest).
• Understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems and basic troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of video codecs and streaming protocols is valuable.
• English: B2 level or higher required

Nice to have

• Experience with TV operating systems (Google TV, Fire OS, WebOS, VIDDA OS).
• Familiarity with AI coding assistants or LLM-based engineering workflows.
• Academic projects or coursework related to imaging, video systems, or digital signal processing.
