What you will do
- Conduct comprehensive testing and verification of new game and engine features.
- Develop, execute, and optimize advanced automated and manual test cases, suites, and plans.
- Collaborate closely with programmers, technical artists, and other stakeholders to identify, document, and resolve bugs.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes of issues, and provide actionable insights.
- Actively participate in risk assessments, strategy development, and QA process improvements.
- Create and refine reports using data and analytics tools to provide in-depth status updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical QA Analyst or in a similar role with at least 1-2 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and experience with game engines (e.g., Unreal, Unity, Godot, REDkit).
- Ability to develop complex test strategies that encompass integration, stress, and performance testing.
- Experience in using testing tools and frameworks to optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to think systematically to drive quality improvements.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation and test reports.
