What you will do

• Plan, organize, and execute company events and HR initiatives end-to-end.
• Participate in the end-to-end recruitment process to hire top talent.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee experience and promote engagement.
• Conduct comprehensive onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires.
• Address employee relations matters by providing guidance and support.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and continuously improve HR policies and procedures.
• Support international compensation & benefits and HR operations, including drafting and maintaining APIs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in end-to-end event management.
• Demonstrated experience as an HR professional specializing in recruitment and enhancing employee experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating in international teams.
• Strong organizational abilities, capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in HR best practices and a sound understanding of relevant legislation.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, dedicated to fostering a supportive workplace environment.
• Proficient in HR software and tools for recruitment.
