What you will do
- Act as the primary advisor to leadership on organizational health, complex leadership transitions, and performance strategy.
- Lead the design and iteration of global people programs, providing strategic review to ensure scalability and high impact.
- Independently own and resolve high-complexity employee relations issues, ensuring a positive, values-aligned experience.
- Lead the adoption of AI and automation tools across the People Partnering function to increase collective efficiency.
- Analyze people data and trends to contribute to strategic decisions and provide evidence-based recommendations to leadership.
- Influence and iterate on the high-performance culture and contribute to hirify.global's Handbook.
Requirements
- People Partnering Experience in an Employee Relations or People Partner capacity, supporting a global organization.
- Proactive & Solution-Oriented approach, demonstrating the ability to own end-to-end execution of complex projects.
- Commercial Mindset to ensure people strategies accelerate business performance.
- Strong Stakeholder Management ability to coach and influence leaders through organizational changes.
- Tech & AI Savvy, with enthusiasm for using AI tools and automation to remove manual friction.
- Demonstrated discretion and expert judgment while navigating high-risk, sensitive, and confidential challenges.
- Data-Driven Storyteller, using data to diagnose organizational health and validate strategy.
- English: B2 proficiency required for application and communication.
