What you will do
- Support and improve core HR processes, including adaptation, onboarding/offboarding, performance assessment, employee development, and motivation.
- Partner with managers on day-to-day people-related issues, providing support, facilitating discussions, and influencing decision-making.
- Build effective communication with employees and team leads; resolve conflicts and find balanced solutions during regular 1:1 meetings.
- Maintain and promote corporate culture, ensuring alignment with company values.
- Design, implement, and support employee engagement initiatives in collaboration with the HR team, focusing on measurable outcomes and data insights.
- Contribute to developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
- At least 1.5 years of experience as an HR professional, with a focus on managing the employee lifecycle.
- Familiarity with HRIS.
- English B1+ required.
- Familiarity with HR analytics.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employee engagement techniques.

- Experience working for a product company.
