What you will do
- Act as the first point of contact for customer support over the phone and via email.
- Provide help and answers to customers' payroll issues through identification and research.
- Guide customers through our software for effective use.
- Test our software to ensure bug-free releases.
- Keep abreast of trends and changes in payroll and employment legislative areas.
- Support, guide, and assist other team members in resolving customer queries.
Requirements
- 2 years customer support experience.
- Irish or UK payroll experience/knowledge is necessary.
- Strong communication skills, particularly phone and listening skills.
- Customer-oriented, eager to go the extra mile to assist customers.
- Excellent phone manner with the ability to engage and build rapport.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a changing environment.
- Strong IT proficiency.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Accounts or Employment legislation.
- Knowledge of AI tools or technology to enhance customer support efficiency.
