Location: Hybrid in Duleek, Ireland. Supports customers across Ireland and the UK.

What you will do

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer support over the phone and via email.
  • Provide help and answers to customers' payroll issues through identification and research.
  • Guide customers through our software for effective use.
  • Test our software to ensure bug-free releases.
  • Keep abreast of trends and changes in payroll and employment legislative areas.
  • Support, guide, and assist other team members in resolving customer queries.

Requirements

  • 2 years customer support experience.
  • Irish or UK payroll experience/knowledge is necessary.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly phone and listening skills.
  • Customer-oriented, eager to go the extra mile to assist customers.
  • Excellent phone manner with the ability to engage and build rapport.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a changing environment.
  • Strong IT proficiency.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Accounts or Employment legislation.
  • Knowledge of AI tools or technology to enhance customer support efficiency.
