Software Engineer (AI Platform)

What you will do

• Design an AI memory system with short-term memory, persistent memory, organizational knowledge graphs, and data exploration capabilities.
• Build AI agents that generate, execute, debug, and test code for production applications.
• Develop secure sandboxed execution for untrusted code and reliable application operation at global scale.
• Build a governance layer for managing applications, workflows, users, agents, secrets, and policies.
• Improve agent accuracy, safety, performance, and production readiness.

Requirements

• Strong background in backend systems, platforms, and database design.
• Experience building agentic systems, LLM applications, or orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with security, sandboxing, or isolation in distributed systems.
• Deep understanding of model behavior, evaluation, and performance tradeoffs.
• Ability to design simple abstractions for complex AI and systems problems.
• Ability to work in the New York City office.
