What you will do
- Own executive-level relationships and strategic engagement for a portfolio of enterprise and high-value customers.
- Collaborate with customer teams on deployments, architecture, and operational best practices.
- Drive alignment between customer business goals and technical capabilities through Success Planning and Outcome Mapping.
- Lead Customer Business Reviews (CBRs) and strategic touchpoints with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate account risk through health monitoring, technical diagnostics, and stakeholder alignment.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to advocate for customer requirements and align roadmap initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consulting at a SaaS or cybersecurity company.
- Hands-on experience installing and troubleshooting solutions on Kubernetes and container-based environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native platforms and DevSecOps across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
- Experience with scripting and API integration to support and troubleshoot technical solutions.
- Must be based in Spain.
- One or more of the following certifications: CKAD, CKA, or CKS.
Nice to have
- Background in cybersecurity or DevSecOps.
- Experience with Linux, Helm, and Terraform.
- Previous experience working with or Falco.
