What you will do
- Manage full-funnel media strategy and planning across various channels (video/CTV, digital, social, audio, emerging formats).
- Own and maintain global media investment and pacing, including annual and quarterly budget planning and reallocation.
- Design and execute structured test-and-learn roadmaps in partnership with marketing analytics and regional teams.
- Set and maintain integration standards for media partners to protect and strengthen hirify.global’s marketing data stack.
- Serve as the day-to-day lead for media agency and key platforms, ensuring accountability and innovation.
- Partner with internal marketing teams to translate brand platforms into media-first ideas and integrated storytelling.
- Collaborate with Creative on paid asset strategy and production, providing channel-specific guidance.
- Drive operational excellence in media, including documentation, QA, budget governance, and partner scorecards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of paid media or performance marketing experience, either in-house or at a media agency.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing and paid media, especially social/video, mobile app growth, and genz-focused platforms.
- Ability to manage full marketing funnel from upper-funnel brand building through acquisition, engagement, and monetization.
- Strong communication skills for synthesizing data, framing trade-offs, and making recommendations.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with experience building and maintaining media budgets and documentation.
- Creative, curious, and collaborative mindset, comfortable solving ambiguous problems.
