Location: Remote (US) or onsite in Chicago, must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Salary: $105,000–$115,000 USD

What you will do

  • Drive growth strategy and manage independent paid social performance for complex client accounts.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, leading calls and developing strategies.
  • Oversee budgets and forecasting to ensure client KPIs are met or exceeded across social platforms.
  • Maintain deep understanding of platforms like Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Reddit.
  • Own the overall media planning strategy for accounts and ensure successful completion of client roadmaps.
  • Foster a positive work environment and oversee the career development of team members.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years paid social experience with a proven track record of managing accounts successfully.
  • Deep understanding of Meta ads manager and ability to communicate goals and direct-response tactics.
  • Excellent organizational, strategic, and communication skills to oversee multiple projects and team members.
  • History of communicating with higher-level client contacts (C-levels, VPs+) to build relationships.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice to have

  • Ability to identify and execute upsell opportunities across agency offerings.
  • Experience managing managers and a successful track record in sales pitches and audits.
  • Prior work experience managing a P&L and hitting margin targets.
  • Comfortable working with 3rd party tracking platforms (e.g., Kenshoo, SA360).
