Focus on developing content that converts, driving maximum digital shelf visibility, and providing expertise on assortment, content, search, and taxonomy.

Location: Remote (USA)

Salary: $105,000–$125,000 base salary + bonus

What you will do

  • Own, execute, and measure the Digital Shelf across eCommerce retailers and marketplaces.
  • Establish end-to-end content processes for deployment (creation, implementation, syndication, analytics).
  • Build digital shelf tools and data infrastructure to develop converting content and drive visibility.
  • Directly manage digital shelf for key accounts like Amazon, Instacart, Walmart, Target, and Kroger.
  • Manage weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting on content performance, digital shelf KPIs, and SEO.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to provide strategy and best practices for marketing activations.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in ecommerce, digital shelf, or omnichannel content management within CPG, food & beverage.
  • Demonstrated experience managing digital shelf execution across grocery and mass retailers.
  • Hands-on experience with content syndication platforms, PIMs, and DAMs (e.g., Salsify, Syndigo).
  • Strong understanding of Retailer.com content requirements, SEO fundamentals, search taxonomy, and onsite merchandising principles.
  • Proven ability to analyze digital shelf KPIs and translate data into insights.
  • Highly organized project management skills with the ability to manage multiple retailers, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • English: B2 required.
  • Work authorization for the USA required.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting retailer media or omnichannel marketing programs.
  • Familiarity with ratings & reviews platforms and content compliance tools.
  • Experience in a high-growth or challenger CPG brand environment.
