What you will do

• Partner with channel experts to execute digital marketing strategy and drive investment across international markets, focusing on EMEA.
• Manage international digital marketing budget allocation and report on performance and pipeline targets.
• Adapt to local language, content themes, messaging, and creative to support pipeline creation in target markets.
• Grow a database of decision-makers and prioritize TAM for use across digital channels.
• Analyze lead conversion and ROI to maximize top converting lead sources.
• Collaborate closely with field marketing and sales leaders across regions to ensure alignment and prioritization of digital marketing efforts.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Demand Generation.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Linkedin Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Experience running advertising campaigns to international geos and familiarity with nuances in targeting.
• Experience partnering with Business Development and Sales, owning a pipeline target.
• Experience managing digital marketing budgets and scaling to $1MPQ+ in ad spend.
