What you will do

• Develop and execute complex data and automation workflows using Python, Snowflake, and BI tools.
• Contribute to the full lifecycle of data products from discovery to deployment.
• Partner with GTM teams including Sales, Customer Success, and Renewals to identify process improvements.
• Build self-service solutions that leverage GenAI and LLM integration to enhance sales team efficiency.
• Drive the adoption of new automation services to improve customer experience and internal operations.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• 2+ years of experience in a Data, Data Science, or Automation role using Python.
• 6+ months of practical experience leveraging GenAI or LLMs, including fine-tuning.
• Strong understanding of sales deliverables and the customer journey within technology companies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience building, deploying, and maintaining Streamlit apps.
• Proficiency in Snowflake and Salesforce.
• Background in cybersecurity.
• Master’s degree in computer science or engineering.
