What you will do

• Define business requirements and lead reviews for Acadia's product suite.
• Run sprint planning and address developer and QA questions.
• Create low-fidelity user interface wireframes and collaborate with UX/UI for high-fidelity mockups.
• Perform analysis to identify problem space and needs, creating detailed user stories and artefacts.
• Sign off on development completion, ensuring requirements meet acceptance criteria.
• Document new features for internal documentation portal and chatbot consumption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, or Business Systems Analysis.
• 10+ years of experience in Fintech or working for Financial Institutions (Collateral, Operations, Settlement, Onboarding, or Risk areas).
• Preference for product experience including Repo, Sec Lending, Cleared and Uncleared Derivatives, and knowledge of Uncleared Margin Rules (UMR) and Risk Management.
• Proficiency in tools like Postman, Jira, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams.
• Experience with wireframing and conceptualization tools (Lucid, Figma, Adobe XD, Balsamiq).
• Ability to write SQL and No SQL database queries.
• Understanding of Microservices, API, and Event-based architectures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
