What you will do
- Own a product domain within the Corporate portfolio, defining outcomes, shaping epics/features, and maintaining a transparent, prioritised backlog.
- Translate strategy into delivery through clear hypotheses, acceptance criteria, and incremental releases.
- Drive data-driven decision-making, instrumenting journeys, defining success metrics, and running structured experiments.
- Embed non-functional, security, and regulatory requirements into stories, ensuring compliance by design.
- Manage commercial agility, sizing opportunities, modelling value and costs, and creating investment cases.
- Coordinate across Engineering, Customer Journey Managers/Design, Data, and Ops to manage dependencies and delivery flow.
Requirements
- Customer centricity, making decisions from customer outcomes and treatment standards using research and data.
- Proven experience in product delivery excellence, including writing epics/stories and shipping iteratively with Scrum/Jira.
- Comfort with product analytics, funnel/experience metrics, dashboards, and hypothesis-led testing.
- Familiarity with embedding controls, evidencing compliance, and awareness of FCA Consumer Duty where relevant.
- Strong commercial acuity, able to frame problems in commercial terms and support investment decisions.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills across Engineering, Design, Risk, and senior stakeholders.
