What you will do

• Manage cross-functional, full sales lifecycle technical activities for hirify.global customers.
• Work with sales to grow the account base in the Southeastern region.
• Manage a team of Solutions Engineers geographically distributed in the Eastern US.
• Partner with the Eastern Sales team and Customer Success to deliver value.
• Identify technical proof activities to showcase the value of hirify.global products.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience with internet technologies/protocols and/or cloud technologies.
• Experience managing opportunity sales cycles and identifying technical proof activities.
• Demonstrated operations and organization skills in driving best practices with cross-functional organizations.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a track record of building collaboration around important initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present technical and business-related subjects to all audiences.
