What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop two high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Provide coaching and career development support, conducting regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Design to define the engineering roadmap, priorities, and goals.
• Drive project planning and execution, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and within-scope deliverables.
• Act as a technical advisor, assisting team members with complex problems and guiding technical decisions for scalable and robust solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align technical deliverables with business objectives and communicate project progress effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a proven track record of delivering scalable software solutions.
• 2+ years in a management or leadership role, with experience in team building, coaching, and developing engineers.
• Demonstrated experience in project management, resource planning, and leading cross-functional engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and engineering best practices.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages in the .Net Development Stack and experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Fluency and proficiency in both Spanish and English are required.
