• Generate product hypotheses and validate them through A/B tests.
• Control the product development process at all stages from idea to result.
• Closely interact with the engineering team and set tasks for engineers.
• Conduct continuous user and market research to find product bottlenecks and growth points.
• Be fully responsible for the post-funnel experience of product users.
• Build new directions in the product together with the team.

Требования

• Experience in calculating and analyzing unit economics on B2C products.
• Ability to formulate tasks and run A/B tests to improve product metrics.
• Analyze user needs and problems.
• From 3 years of experience in product management (nice to have).
• Experience working on a product or in product analytics with hypothesis generation (nice to have).
• Experience working with data analytics services (Amplitude, Tableau, or others) (nice to have).
• Experience managing an engineering team (nice to have).
