What You Will Do
1 — Global Talent Acquisition & External Employer Branding
Your core mission is to attract world-class biotech and pharma talent globally while elevating ANABION’s visibility in international markets.
— Conduct targeted searches for specialist and senior roles across global biotech/pharma markets
— Build strong regional pipelines and long-term talent communities
— Own the company’s external employer brand: messaging, tone, presence, positioning
— Strengthen ANABION’s reputation across Europe, MENA, APAC, and other regions
— Document and refine scalable recruitment processes
This is hands-on recruiting with strategic impact — you shape how the world sees ANABION.
2 — Internal Communications & Employee Experience Branding
Help define how our culture is communicated and experienced internally.
— Create internal stories, updates, campaigns, and announcements
— Build and maintain our employee portal as a central communication hub
— Drive engagement within a distributed global team
— Support initiatives that strengthen belonging, well-being, and culture

3 — Cross-Functional HR Projects
Support broader HR initiatives that influence performance, growth, and culture:
— HR operations automation initiatives
— Performance management and motivation projects
— Engagement, development, and retention programs
— Company-wide culture and well-being initiatives
You’ll collaborate with the entire global HR team to help shape an environment where talent thrives.
Who You Are
— 3–5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (biotech, pharma, or STEM fields preferred)
— Strong in sourcing, market mapping, and relationship building
— Comfortable balancing recruitment with creative communication tasks
— Skilled in storytelling and employer branding
— Confident working across regions, cultures, and time zones
— Highly organized, proactive, and energized by fast-paced growth
— Fluent in English (Russian is a plus)
