What you will do

• Analyze existing operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand end-to-end processes.
• Design, build, test, and maintain automated workflows using automation platforms, scripts, and AI-enabled tools.
• Apply AI capabilities (e.g., generative AI, machine learning models, chatbots) to enhance decision-making and process performance.
• Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements.
• Support change management by providing training, documentation, and user support for automated solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, workflow optimization, process improvement, or automation roles.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end automation initiatives from identification through optimization.
• Strong experience working with automation platforms and tools (RPA, low-code/no-code solutions).
• Demonstrated ability to apply AI-enabled solutions (generative AI, machine learning-assisted workflows) to real business problems.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to define requirements and drive adoption.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
