What you will do
- Oversee and develop client proposals, ensuring project quality, timelines, and budgets.
- Build and enhance complex reports, online tools, and data processes, performing advanced analyses.
- Utilize SAS, Python, and VBA for data processing and reporting efficiency.
- Drive client success by growing engagements and owning client relationships.
- Identify firm growth opportunities and create action plans for new offerings.
- Lead and mentor diverse teams, fostering a collaborative environment and supporting professional development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or advanced degree with at least 6 years of professional experience in data and analytics within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of Pharmaceutical commercial functions, including Data Management, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, and BI/Reporting.
- Strong coding skills (SAS, Python, VBA) and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Advanced analytical and quantitative aptitude with exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Proven project management and people management skills, with experience as a team leader or manager.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in analytics within the life sciences industry.
