Location: Must be based in East Africa or South Africa, with flexibility to commute around the country.

What you will do

  • Research and analyze the market to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Manage and coordinate business development activities across the region.
  • Support and train other staff at hirify.global’s offices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, both remotely and in person.
  • Develop and execute business development plans, including market entry strategies, sales campaigns, and partnership initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement and execute business strategies.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements with affiliates and partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, especially with a financial background.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • English: Fluency in English language required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility to commute around the country required.
