TL;DR

M365/VB365 Sales Specialist: Driving sales experiences and meeting growth goals for M365/VB365 data protection business, leveraging the hirify.global + Microsoft partnership for co-sell. Focus on increasing win rates, deal size, and accelerating sales cycles for opportunities above $100k ARR while being an expert in hirify.global Data Cloud M365 products.

Location: Office Based in Johannesburg, South Africa. Applicant must be permanently located in South Africa.

What you will do

  • Ensure sales fundamentals are met across the hirify.global Data Cloud M365 business (e.g., pipe coverage, deal updates).
  • Collaborate daily with territory AEs to ensure great account-level partnering.
  • Prepare and lead customer meetings on hirify.global Data Cloud M365 to advance sales opportunities.
  • Develop and execute the hirify.global Data Cloud M365 close plan to exceed historical close rates.
  • Own the co-sell process with Microsoft in your territory and hit regional co-sell goals.
  • Provide weekly product-specific forecast updates and ensure top deals are on track with the right team engaged.

Requirements

  • At least 10+ years in software sales with proven capability to engage at the customer executive level.
  • At least 15+ years of total work experience.
  • Proven track record of hitting/exceeding sales goals.
  • Proven capability in Enterprise software sales, ideally in data protection, data management, or M365.
  • Proven capability of working in a Specialist + Field sales model and a partner-driven GTM.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Renewals, and Field Marketing.
  • Strong team player/coach mentality and excellent written and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of time.
