What you will do

• Assist Deal Desk Manager with sales contract review, approval, and processing.
• Ensure accurate deal details are maintained in Salesforce CRM and related financial systems.
• Support GTM Operations Manager in validating sales data for commission calculations.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly commission calculation processes and reporting.
• Generate and distribute standard compensation statements to sales personnel.
• Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis related to GTM performance and sales metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field, OR 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or data-heavy role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data manipulation).
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Salesforce or another major CRM platform.
• Basic understanding of the sales cycle and business terminology.
• Experience related to financial analysis, accounting, or compensation administration.
