Project Planner

What you will do

• Responsible for project initiation from contract to ERP entry
• Distribute project budget and define initial project plan
• Work with project team members as a project planning specialist
• Manage the planning process and associated tools
• Recommend policies and procedures regarding work distribution and schedule development
• Improve work progress by reviewing information and defining problems

Requirements

• College diploma or university degree in administration or a technical field
• Minimum of five years’ experience in project planning and monitoring
• Excellent problem-solving skills, organizational skills, accuracy, and precision
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken)
• Ability to manage time and multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Bilingualism in both French and English is required

Nice to have

• Experience in program management, MS Project, and an enterprise resource planning (ERP) environment
• Ability to communicate with customers
• CAPM or PMP certification
