What you will do

• Maintain and track project schedules, tasks, and milestones using Jira, Confluence, and Jama.
• Improve and streamline project management tools and processes.
• Plan and manage the scope of work for external contractors.
• Support contractor administration, including NDAs and statements of work.
• Support financial tracking and purchasing for assigned projects.
• Coordinate international travel and scheduling with partners, especially in Asia.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets) for basic data analysis, tracking, and reporting.
• Experience (through school projects, internships, co-ops, or extracurriculars) with project coordination, task tracking, or working on structured project teams.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Trello, Asana, or MS Project.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience creating or maintaining schedules, trackers, or simple reports for teams.
• Exposure to working with contractors, vendors, or external partners.
• Experience in a hardware, robotics, or software development environment.
