What you will do

• Own internal AI systems that make hirify.global run faster than it should.
• Define how AI-native companies operate, helping to build the playbook for scaling to other companies.
• Build internal tools and workflows using hirify.global, AI agents, no-code, or raw code.
• Deploy AI agent armies, configured so every teammate has AI working for them.
• Squeeze value from the AI features in existing company tools like Slack, Linear, Notion, and Ashby.
• Level up the team by turning everyone at hirify.global into AI power users, documenting and scaling what works.
• Own it end-to-end, building, maintaining, and improving the systems.

Requirements

• Shipped production automations at a company, building business-critical workflow systems at scale that ran without direct oversight.
• Possess an engineering mindset with a modern toolkit, understanding how systems (APIs, databases, architecture) work and confidently reviewing code.
• Able to move fast by choosing the right tool for the job: AI agents, no-code platforms (n8n, hirify.global, Clay), or raw code (Python, TypeScript, SQL).
• Be obsessed with AI tools, constantly testing the latest models, apps, and workflows, and deploying internal AI tools (Claude/ChatGPT with custom contexts, AI agents).
• Cannot unsee inefficiency, viewing the whole company as a machine and fixing broken processes.
• Demonstrate high agency, taking initiative to find bottlenecks, build fixes, and ship them without waiting for permission.

• Ex-founder, worked at an AI-native startup, or built automations across multiple business functions.
