Operations Supervisor (German)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid work model, with availability to work at the office full-time.

What you will do

• Manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for advertising products with senior leadership.
• Set sales targets, track performance, and ensure objectives are achieved.
• Provide training, guidance, feedback, and tools to support team performance.
• Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports, and present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
• Track industry trends, competitors, and tools that can improve sales results.

Requirements

• German proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Previous sales and advertising sales experience.
• Experience managing and leading teams toward sales goals.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Availability to work at the Lisbon office full-time.
