TL;DR

Client Partner / Senior Client Partner (SaaS): Acting as a strategic advisor and primary liaison for hirify.global's most important customers to drive customer value, adoption, renewal, and expansion. Focus on building strategic partnerships by translating client priorities into actionable plans, and ensuring measurable business value realization through proactive management of large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs.

Location: Remote, US

Salary: $160,000–$260,000 a year

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for assigned clients, ensuring measurable business value.
  • Drive adoption of products, services, and new features while proactively managing renewals.
  • Identify and execute expansion opportunities (cross-sell and upsell) within existing accounts.
  • Build strategic partnerships and facilitate ROI discussions with key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Monitor customer health metrics such as ROI, MAU, GRR, and NRR, and address risks to increase hirify.global’s footprint.

Requirements

  • Possess a deep understanding of business strategy, industry trends, and SaaS products and solutioning.
  • Experience in managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder client programs and solving complex client problems.
  • Proven ability in consultative, value-driven conversations with executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in controlling and growing accounts through upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven with experience in monitoring and analyzing customer success metrics.

Nice to have

  • Experience at a top-tier management consulting firm (e.g., MBB, Big 4).
  • Background in sales, account management, or business development with a focus on retention and expansion.
  • Familiarity with working in or selling into enterprise clients, ideally in tech or SaaS environments.
  • Led cross-functional initiatives or complex client-facing projects.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent).
