Location: Hybrid, requiring presence in the London office 2-3 days a week. Option to work from abroad for up to 120 days a year, subject to having the right to work in the country of choice.

What you will do

• Define and lead Zopa’s approach to operational risk using technology and analytical tools.
• Lead by example, personally taking on complex risk areas and stress-testing controls.
• Challenge senior stakeholders with sharp analysis to ensure real risks are addressed.
• Assure critical systems, processes, and suppliers, validating control effectiveness with data.
• Develop the team, coaching them in analysis, curiosity, and precision to drive meaningful change.
