What you will do

  • Provide administrative support to the Risk & Assurance function, including documentation and budget tracking.
  • Support the organisation of Group Risk and Governance Committee (GRCC) meetings.
  • Administer corporate insurance policies and assist with the annual renewal process.
  • Support ISO 27001 and SOC 2 audit activities, coordinating evidence collection.
  • Assist with client due diligence requests by gathering risk, security, and compliance information.

Requirements

  • Experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role within risk, compliance, governance, or audit.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Good attention to detail in documentation and record keeping.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic analytical skills and comfort working with data and reports.
  • Proficiency in common office and collaboration tools like spreadsheets.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to insurance administration, audits, or compliance activities.
  • Familiarity with information security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2) or audit tools like Vanta.
