What you will do
- Partner with senior Finance leaders to identify critical operational bottlenecks and prioritize high-ROI initiatives.
- Establish standards, methodologies, and toolkits (e.g., BPMN standards, documentation templates) for process improvement projects.
- Own the end-to-end architecture of complex, cross-functional financial workflows, ensuring seamless scalability.
- Define and oversee reporting of key operational KPIs, identifying systemic performance gaps and ensuring accountability.
- Lead the change management aspect of process re-engineering, ensuring smooth adoption by global teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Process Excellence, Business Transformation, or Operations, with at least 2 years in a management or lead capacity.
- Strong understanding of core Finance cycles (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash) and control environments in a regulated fintech.
- Expertise in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, FigJam) and methodologies (Lean Six Sigma Black/Green Belt preferred).
- Proven ability to design an operating model that supports hyper-growth.
- Deep understanding of how to use AI and automation tools to streamline process efficiency and quality.
- Exceptional presentation skills, capable of translating complex data into clear strategic recommendations.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, successfully building structures from scratch.
