What you will do
- Act as the regional Customer Due Diligence specialist for the Americas region.
- Be the primary point of escalation for Enhanced Due Diligence reviews and complex issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Own the relationship with the regional Money Laundering Reporting Officer.
- Review and approve escalations and decisions made by analysts, ensuring accuracy and policy adherence.
- Conduct thorough quality control checks on all reviews, assessments, and reports.
- Lead and manage tactical projects from inception to completion, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Analyst in Customer Due Diligence (4+ years preferred).
- Demonstrable knowledge of Enhanced Due Diligence concepts and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent mentoring abilities, with a track record of guiding team members.
- Proficiency in project management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
