IT Business Analyst

IT Business Analyst: Performing IT business consulting activities, serving as the primary interface between business groups and IT, and evaluating/integrating IT products and services. What you will do

• Serve as the primary interface between business groups and IT, understanding work processes and integrating IT products/services.
• Provide technical knowledge to ensure efficient design, development, implementation, and support of systems.
• Assist product owner with user research and story writing.
• Perform process mapping, value stream mapping, process analysis, design, and methods development.
• Coordinate Application Portfolio Management (APM) Process and annual/long-range IT investment planning.
• Perform quality assurance tasks and support change management functions for product implementation.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of related experience in business and/or information technology systems analysis is required
• Minimum of 8 years experience in workstation desktop and mobile technology support and troubleshooting.
• At least 5 years of experience participating in delivering IT projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or 8 years of related business experience in lieu of a degree).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
