What you will do

• Drive deep-dive analyses of user behaviour, retention, and monetization.
• Independently design, monitor, and evaluate A/B tests and experiments.
• Build, maintain, and improve analytical frameworks, dashboards, and reporting systems.
• Collaborate closely with product managers to define success metrics and shape the product strategy.
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current processes and elevate the team’s analytical capabilities.
• Ensure all product research meets the highest standards of statistical rigour, reliability, and scalability.

Requirements

• Senior-level expertise in statistical analysis, retention analytics, and experimentation.
• Ability to independently design, monitor, and evaluate A/B tests.
