What you will do

• Partner with product and executive teams to drive product strategy through data.
• Lead the design, implementation, and analysis of A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to surface actionable insights for growth, retention, and engagement.

• Build intuitive dashboards and frameworks to enable a data-driven culture.
• Collaborate with data engineering and act as a trusted advisor to PMs and executives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or growth analytics with proven impact.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and shape product direction through data-driven insights.
• Expert in SQL and adept with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Mode).
• Deep experience designing and interpreting experiments and applying statistical rigor.
• Proficiency with Python or R for advanced analytics.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
• Thrives in fast-paced, scaling environments, balancing strategic foresight with hands-on analytical execution.
