What you will do

• Design and analyze experiments, leading A/B testing across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Analyze customer behavior to understand how customers subscribe, pay, engage, retain, and churn.
• Apply statistical and data science techniques to evaluate product performance and understand customer behavior.
• Build self-serve reporting and dashboards that enable Product Managers and business partners to monitor product and business performance independently.
• Translate data into insights, synthesizing complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a product analytics, data analytics, or related role supporting large-scale digital products.
• Strong experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests to inform product decisions.
• Ability to conduct exploratory data analyses and synthesize complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets.
• Ability to perform statistical analyses and create visualizations using R or Python.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field.

Nice to have

• Experience in games, edtech, or subscription-based businesses is a plus.
• Experience with data transformation and modeling (e.g., dbt) is a plus.
• Extensive experience with a BI tool such as Omni, Looker, or Lightdash.
