What you will do
- Own and refine strategic revenue forecasting models, integrating pipeline, conversion, and productivity metrics for leadership insights.
- Build dynamic GTM and financial models to support capacity, coverage, productivity, quota setting, and long-range revenue planning.
- Collaborate with Finance on headcount, bookings, and investment planning to align GTM and financial strategies.
- Lead forecast and pipeline deep-dives to assess health, risk, and upside scenarios.
- Deliver executive-ready analyses and reviews that drive investment and resource allocation decisions.
- Build and maintain dashboards for tracking revenue, productivity, and pipeline performance against strategic goals.
Requirements
- 7–8 years of experience in Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, or Strategic Finance, ideally within SaaS or high-growth tech.
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, with strong command of revenue forecasting and scenario modeling.
- Deep proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM) or other BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of GTM and financial performance metrics, including pipeline coverage, bookings, ARR growth, productivity, and margins.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear insights and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
- High attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to operate independently with a strategic, business-first mindset.
