What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain high-volume transaction backend functionality.
- Develop game engines and tools for Casino Remote Game Servers (RGS) from complex math models.
- Enhance existing gaming APIs and provide backend support for frontend developers.
- Coordinate quality assurance, certification, and translation processes for games.
- Research casino games and market trends to stay up-to-date with competition.
- Contribute to team brainstorming, code reviews, and process evolution.
Requirements
- Strong track record of developing and maintaining Casino Game Engines with successful production of impactful slot games.
- Excellent knowledge of Java with a minimum of 6 years of experience in related domains.
- Experience with client-server integrations, multithreading, and microservice design.
- Proficiency with MongoDB, relational, and/or NoSQL databases.
- Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, MVC, and other design principles.
- Experience with project tracking tools such as JIRA and Git.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be passionate about the iGaming Industry.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science.
- Knowledge or experience with various game development pipelines & methodologies.
- Experience working with multiple disciplines (artists, mathematicians, software developers) in creating games or products.
