What you will do
- Lead end-to-end optimization cycles: research, hypothesis, design, testing, rollout.
- Conduct in-depth funnel analysis and competitive benchmarking.
- Design high-quality UI/UX mockups that communicate your vision and maintain brand integrity.
- Partner with engineers to ensure flawless test implementation and deployment.
- Analyze test outcomes with statistical rigor, making confident scaling decisions.
- Document learnings and build a systematic testing roadmap for continuous conversion growth.
Requirements
- Proven CRO results: 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience, ideally with subscription or SaaS funnels.
- Strong UI/UX understanding, able to create compelling, detailed mockups.
- Analytical expertise in platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Growthbook, or similar.
- Remarkable attention to detail with a bias for action in fast-moving environments.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable being fully accountable for performance outcomes.
- Fluent English: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar).
- Exposure to marketing attribution models, UTM parameters, and ROAS measurement.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute quickly.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
